    I saw this and it was disgusting. It reminded me of the movie (name escapes me) involving two chain smokers. Toward the end, the he bad guy, having been caught by the good guy, smokes a cigarette through his trach tube. He then offers a cigarette to the good guy, who replies: “No thanks I just quit.”
